We try to let the Client know that is a serious Commitment in Money, Time and Resources, and the final product is realistically months until Completion
We offer the Client complete "TurnKey" Service in: Property and Contractor acquisition, Permitting, POS Systems, Entertainment/Sound/Video/DJ Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, including Fire Suppression and Safety, ,all Furniture/Tables and Chairs/Bar Stools, GameRoom and ancillary machines, or
We assist the Client in finding just the right Location for their New Venture, acquiring all Permits for Building, Fire, Health/Food Service and Preparing. Hiring all required Contractors for all facets of Build Out/Construction, all Furniture, POS Systems, Entertainment/Sound/Video/DJ Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, including Fire Suppression and Safety,
We Manage a Daily Work Schedule(5 to 6 days a week) to oversee all aspects required for Completion of the Project, that may take several Months.
